Benefits of Quitting

If you quit, your baby may be healthier and less fussy, have lower risk of being born too early or too small, have lower risk of SIDS.

Quitting can help you breathe easier, have more energy during pregnancy, and lower risk of miscarriage or other problems during pregnancy and labor.

As you participate in this program, you will learn about the benefits of quitting tobacco or other nicotine products, create a quit plan, learn ways to manage withdrawal symptoms and be provided with resources to other quitting services.
