CSHCN (Children with Special Healthcare Needs) is a Public Health program that aims to provide an individual intake assessment to determine a child/family needs, – help families connect with medicaid, SSI, DSPD (Division of Services for People with Disabilities), refer and connect families to a primary care physician, specialized medical care, behavioral health, autism-related services,and other social and community-based services. The porogram has a technology lending library (chrome book computers and verizon hotspots) for CSHCN and their families.
