Participants will learn Tai Chi movements in a fun, non-threatening environment. We offer in person and virtual classes. Proven to reduce the risk of falls by 70%, each class begins with gentle Qigong warm ups and breathing exercises, followed by learning one-to-two new Tai Chi movements (Forms) each week. The program is free and will meet every Tuesday (1-hour classes) at the Golden Age Center in Vernal from 10 am-11 am starting September 27.
