Amendment to Wastewater Regulations and nonpublic water system rule.

TriCounty Health Department Non-Public Water System Rule TCHD-DW-309 – The definition of a grouted well has change from 100 feet of grout to

30 feet of grout to coincide with the state rule

 TriCounty Health Department TCHD-WW-0317 Wastewater Regulation –  12.3. Subdivision/Lot split /Lot line adjustments with existing onsite wastewater systems

12.3.2.3. If a final inspection report for the property cannot be provided to the Department, the septic tank and portions of the drainfield must be uncovered. The existing onsite wastewater system must be uncovered enough to verify its location on the property.

            12.3.2.3.1. The requirement to uncover existing onsite wastewater systems may be waived if the onsite wastewater system is surveyed on the plat and the applicant submits a request in writing to waive this requirement. The submittal must demonstrate that there is no need to uncover the system because of its obvious location and distance from any boundary.
